We’ve been keeping a pretty giant secret from you all for the past few months. The newest member of our farm family will be arriving in July and we could not be more overjoyed to share the news 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Food life has been rocking again lately. These @ottolenghi roasted oyster mushroom tacos are dreamy. And such a fun way to use up local winter bounty— @lacosechatortillaco tortillas, @vitruvianfarms oyster mushrooms, @raleighshillsidefarm red onions, and our own microgreens (winter production of these in our basement is not allowed to stop) plus some very non-local avocados, cilantro and limes 😜
A month ago my sweet and I headed out on the loveliest little road trip to Yellowstone and Big Sky, Montana. It was such a fun winter getaway and I’ve outlined the entire trip for you with all my recommendations on my blog. Check it out 🙌
