In 2013, my husband and I started an organic vegetable farm together in Southern Wisconsin on leased family land. We began a small CSA that first year on a leap of faith and have been focused on building community through CSA ever since.
Supplying veggies directly to families, helping them learn how to use these veggies and become a better cook through weekly newsletters, offering storage tips and advice through personal emails, and having ample opportunity to celebrate the bountiful Wisconsin summers on the farm: we have found unyielding love for our CSA over the years. It’s the perfect business model for us and we love the friendships we’re constantly building through the farm.
